Stamp Duty
This is a government tax for all property purchases over £125,000. A
percentage of the total purchase price is paid to the government this may be
something to consider when working out the cost of moving home.

However the Government have decided that certain areas are exempt from stamp duty up to a certain price depending on their postcode. To find out if a
